Athletics at Emmanuel

EBC participates in the activities of the Charleston Church League in bowling, men’s and women’s softball and men’s and women’s volleyball.

BOWLING: The season starts the last week of August and runs until the middle of March. Bowling is at Dunbar Lanes on Monday nights and is usually finished by 8:30PM.

SOFTBALL: Teams for both men and women. The season starts the first week of May and runs until the end of July. Games are played at Watt Powell Annex in Kanawha City. There are usually two games per week, the women play early games at 6PM and the men play late games at 9 and 10PM.

VOLLEYBALL: Teams for both men and women. The first season, which runs from October to December, is co-ed. Separate men’s and women’s teams play January through March on Sunday afternoons and Monday nights at various churches.
